What are the account rules?
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. Only one account per person, per household and per IP address is permitted. The account must be opened in your real name and the details on the account must match the details on the documents uploaded during verification. The platform reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend the account temporarily while verification completes. Sharing an account with another person, including a partner or family member, is grounds for suspension and possible closure.
Deposits must be funded by a payment method registered in your own name. Third party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances. If a deposit is made from a third party method, the funds are returned to the source method and the account may be suspended pending review. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used to deposit wherever the method supports incoming payments. Where it does not, an alternative method registered in your own name will be used.
What are the bonus rules?
Bonuses are subject to wagering. The standard rate is thirty five times the bonus amount on slots, with live casino tables contributing at ten percent. The maximum bet per spin while a bonus is active is capped at €5. Free spin winnings convert to bonus cash with the same thirty five times wagering target. Bonuses expire thirty days after they are credited. Cancellation is available at any point from inside the bonus dashboard with no penalty on the deposit. Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi account play and any strategy designed solely to exploit a bonus rather than play the game, results in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

How are complaints and disputes resolved?
A formal complaint is raised by emailing complaints@rollingslotsirish.com or by asking a live chat agent to escalate. A complaint is acknowledged inside 48 hours and a full written response is issued inside 14 days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage. If the response does not resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you can escalate to the platform's independent dispute resolution body. What about responsible gambling commitments?
